Before

In November 2006 at the 33th ESTIEM Council Meeting in Ankara we will present our Council Meeting to all participants. From this moment on your company will be inseparably connected with Council Meeting Eindhoven. In the months leading to the Council Meeting Eindhoven there will be several opportunities to get in touch with all ESTIEM’ers.

• An invitation will be sent to approximately 4,000 IEM students from all over Europe and 500 ESTIEM Alumni.
• In an effort to enlist Dutch students to help us out during the week itself, we will spread poster and flyers throughout the Eindhoven University of Technology.
• Every month a newsletter will be sent to all ESTIEM’ers with an update about the progress of the Council Meeting.

During

From the 16th to the 21st of April 2007, 180 highly motivated and qualified European IEM students will gather in Eindhoven to represent their respective Universities. In addition, there will be approximately 40 Dutch students guiding the participants during the week.

• Throughout the week there will be several General Assemblies during which your company can present itself to more than 200 IEM students. You will be able to give a presentation lasting about an hour. There will be room for questions and time to mingle with the participants during the coffee break or lunch.
• Also part of the program are working group sessions in which select groups of participants will focus on specific topics which include amongst others knowledge management, growth strategy, innovation, public relations and information technology. Your company can help us out by providing a workshop on one of these topics.
• The evening is a great opportunity to meet the participants in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. For example by having a dinner together. Your company is also invited to the gala dinner on Friday.

Furthermore, your company name and logo will be emphasized in the program booklet, posters, flyers and give-aways. It is also possible to spread your company’s promotional material in the welcome package or during the coffee breaks.

After

Following the Council Meeting Eindhoven we will prepare a Post Council Meeting DVD which includes copies of all presentation given during the General Assemblies. This DVD will be provided to all 4,000 members of ESTIEM and 500 ESTIEM Alumni.

Your company’s name and logo will be included in all promotional activities mentioned above. In addition, your company’s name and logo will be present on all pages of our website. There will also be a special section on our website devoted to your company. Here we will provide a description of your company and a link to your company website (e.g. career site).

The price of the platinum package will be determined based on your specific wishes.
